We are a deep-tech spin-off from the Molecular Imaging & Diagnostics Lab at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, committed to transforming healthcare diagnostics through cutting-edge technologies. Our focus lies in harnessing the power of AI-assisted disease diagnosis and automation to streamline and enhance diagnostic workflows.

At the core of our innovations are automated sample slide preparation platforms and cartridge-based point-of-care solutions. These platforms cover a wide spectrum of molecular assays, including antimicrobial resistance (AMR) detection, empowering clinicians with rapid, reliable, and accurate results at the point of care. By integrating molecular diagnostics with automation and AI, we aim to address critical gaps in healthcare and provide scalable, efficient, and affordable diagnostic solutions.

Our innovation team is led by the distinguished Dr. Ravikrishnan Elangovan, whose expertise drives our cutting-edge research and development efforts. We are also fortunate to be mentored by Dr. Malini Nagulapalli, who provides strategic guidance on our focus areas and ensures we are aligned with the most impactful fields in healthcare technology.

Our team is a multidisciplinary group of experts from diverse fields, including biochemistry, microbiology, embedded engineering, mechanical design, and software development. This blend of knowledge enables us to approach challenges from multiple perspectives, leading to the creation of comprehensive, cutting-edge diagnostic solutions that seamlessly integrate biology and technology. Prabhu Balasubramanian, as our Chief Operating Officer, oversees all operations to ensure smooth execution and delivery of these innovative solutions

AI - assisted Disease Diagnosis Platform

We are developing advanced sample preparation and staining platforms alongside an automated slide scanner. Our staining platforms ensure consistently uniform smeared and stained slides, while the slide scanner captures high-resolution images of the entire sample. These images are analyzed by our AI models, which detect abnormalities and generate comprehensive diagnostic reports, streamlining the pathology workflow and improving accuracy.

POC - Molecular Assay Platform

We are pioneering a microfluidic cartridge-based molecular assay platform designed for seamless nucleic acid extraction. Each cartridge comes pre-filled with reagents, enabling fully automated extraction with a single press of a button. The platform supports a wide range of sample types, including stool, serum, and saliva, offering versatility for diverse diagnostic applications.

We are developing cutting-edge platforms to identify antimicrobial resistance (AMR) pathogens from human, animal, and environmental samples. This comprehensive approach supports a wide range of applications, from clinical diagnostics to environmental surveillance, enhancing our ability to address global challenges in AMR detection and control.
